Mr. K. Arun has been appointed as the Chairman of the Tamil Congress Cell formed by the Chandigarh Territorial Congress Committee (CTCC).

The party city unit president Mr. B.B. Bahl while formally announcing the appointment welcomed Mr. Arun. He said the Cell had been formed with the blessings of AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi.
