Performance buttresses Congress position in elections

Performance will be the deciding factor in the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls this time. Mr. Pawan Bansal’s election campaign today further gained momentum as the villagers said they are going to vote for development not outsiders.

In Mauli Jagran Mr. Bansal was welcomed by the residents who were assured that those eligible under BPL families would be covered under rehabilitation scheme as he was aware that they were paying heavy rents.

Prominent among those who were present on the occasion included, former Mayor Kamlesh, congress vice president Pawan Sharma. Nasrullah Khan and Rakesh Kumar, congress leaders from Mauli Jagran also spoke on the occasion. Later, Pawan Kumar Bansal also addressed the residents of sector 29 and residents of colony number 4.

While speaking at Darua village Mr. Bansal got full support from the villagers. Sarpanch Gurpreet Singh Happy said what Bansal had done for the villages cannot be done by other party candidates as they are outsiders and know nothing about issues.

He said Mr. Bansal is a city resident and can be approached any time. Mr. Bansal while speaking on the occasion said Congress always believed in development and would continue to do so. He was also weighed with Ladoos on the occasion. Among prominent present were Anand Kumar, Om Parkash, Ajay Pandey, Roshan, former Sarpanch Kulwant Singh, Hari Singh, Bhupinder Singh Kaka, Bhupinder Singh Badheri, Harmel Kesari, Shashi Shankar Tiwari, Pawan Sharma and Devinder Babla.

Padyatra was today carried out in Dhanas Milk Colony where he got a warm welcome. He also carried out a door to door campaign in sector 36 and 41 markets and was accompanied by Jagtar Singh Ahuja besides other leaders.
