‘Choose between a performer and actors: Manish Bansal’
Apr 6, 2014

NSUI vows to deflate Modi’s hyped publicity balloon

“You have to choose between a performer, Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal, and the actors of the other two parties”, said Manish Bansal, son of Mr. Bansal while addressing a massive meeting of the National Students\' Union of India (NSUI) Chandigarh wing in Sector 35 here Sunday evening.

Campaigning for Mr. Bansal, he said we have to make people aware why Congress candidate has to be voted and his election would decide the fate of the city. “More than 70 percent of population is youth population and its only leader like Rahul Gandhi who thinks about the youth”, said Manish.

“It was only the UPA government which took the initiative to work for youth and today we see skill centers and the IT Park which has helped several youngsters to get employment opportunities”, he said.

Manish Bansal said youth is the backbone and participation in politics is very important. “You have to choose between the performer Mr. Bansal who has taken the city to a new path of development. Actors always stay away from people and cannot spare time for listening to the problems of people.”

“Can we go to Mumbai and seek their appointment and they are here to showoff and not perform. Today I got to know about serious allegations leveled by sister-in-law of BJP candidate Kirron Kher, which shows her character”, he added.

AAP is another example of a failed leadership as Kejriwal had to run away after forming the government and could not take any decision but was only active in demonstrations, said Manish. He also added it was Rajiv Gandhi who had brought in IT sector and BJP had opposed the same. And also it was him that voting age was reduced from 21 to 18.

Rajesh Sharma, Congress leader while speaking on the occasion the hyped Modi campaign needs to be deflated and that can be done only by exposing his fake Gujarat model campaign which has been hyped beyond proportions. He added that in the campaign Modi has shown a photograph of some other country saying its that of Gujarat. Gurpreet Singh Gabi, former youth Congress president also spoke on the occasion.

Among others present were Gurjot Sandhu, state president NSUI, Chandigarh Bindu Thakur, former state general secretary, NSUI Chandigarh, Manu Madaan, former state vice president NSUI, Balsharan Singh Gill, Incharge NSUI Lok Sabha elections, Chandigarh,
